Refunds & Exchanges

First Time Order Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your first purchase from EarStix, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, even if the product is not in its original packaging or in resalable condition.

Returns
All refunds or exchanges will be at the price the Customer paid for the product, inclusive of any discounts.  We do not give refunds for gift codes or discount codes; a product must have been purchased to be eligible for a refund.  Shipping fees will not be refunded because each decal is custom made after purchase.

Defective Products
Defective products may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase or exchanged at any time.  Refunds for defective products will include the cost of shipping. Products purchased but not delivered will not be eligible for a refund unless the failure to deliver is reported within 45 days of the original order date.

EarStix Error
Should EarStix mistakenly send you an incorrect product, you may return it for full refund within 90 days of purchase or exchange at any time. Refunds for EarStix’s error will include the cost of shipping.
